  • Please be aware that during repair process there is a chance that your device’s data, application or some other personal information may be lost. So full backup is always recommended. No one who associated with the repair is responsible for the data lose or personal information.
  • Please note that we provide estimate time required for repair at the time of booking. Sometimes, the repair could be a bit complicated that it appears at booking point, thus it could take more time than estimated, so please be prepared for that.
  • If some unexpected damage happens to your phone while repairing, we will take responsibility for that and will fix if without any sort of charge but will need up to 7 days to solve the issue.
  • Inspection Fee Policy : Our inspection fee is $50 for all kind of devices including smart phones, tablets and i Pads. If you cancel the job and device is repairable then you are liable to pay inspection fee. If device is not repairable then we do not charge inspection fee.
  • All our parts have 90 days warranty from first date of repair.
  • If the device found liquid or physically damage, opened by someone else than that warranty will not apply. Also failure of parts due to misuse, accidents, physical damage, fire or removal/repair of parts will not be covered under warranty.
  • The warranty will only cover specific part or type of repair we carried out on your phone. It doesn’t mean that your phone will be fully covered against any sort of fault by this warranty during the warranty period.
  • We do not provide refund for repaired jobs done unless two attempts have been carried out to repair particular fault. We will meet our obligation under the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act provides solution or provides refund for the cost of repair.
  • Please note that inspection fee is not refundable once it has been done.
  • if you cannot contacted after 50 days of assessment provided that efforts have been made to contact you or no reply received within 50 days after initial quotation then iCare Phones will reserve right to dispose or keep device in lieu of payment.
